Hi, I'm Jimmy.
Carolina Events Rental is a local, family-run business in New Jersey. I started it because every party deserves that extra touch: the throne for the birthday star, the popcorn smell when guests walk in, the slushy line in the backyard.
I handle every rental myself, from your first message to the pickup. Every piece arrives clean, on time and ready for photos.

We serve North Jersey and nearby towns.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver, set up and pick up every rental. The delivery fee depends on your town and is included in your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
2 to 3 weeks is ideal, and earlier for weekends in spring and summer. For last-minute parties, message us anyway; if the date is open, we'll make it work.
Do the machines come with supplies and someone to run them?
Yes. Popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone and slushy machines come with supplies and an attendant who runs them for 2½ hours.
What do the machines need?
A standard 120V outlet within reach, and a flat surface. For outdoor events we recommend shade or a tent. If you need the machines for more than 2½ hours, ask about extra time in your quote.
How much is the charcuterie station?
It depends on your guest count and the menu you want. Add it to your quote and Jimmy sends you options.
How do I reserve my date?
Once you accept your quote, a deposit reserves the date. The balance is due before delivery.
What if it rains?
Let us know as soon as possible. We can move your rental indoors or help you change the date. See our rental policies.
